Life always gives us a way to face our inadequacies and gives you a path to show you are powerful beyond measure. In time, I’ve become a community leader and Co-Founder of Outreach Homes. I wish to inspire the next generation and give them the tools to fulfill their potential without going through the turmoil I did.

Testimonials

In the time I have worked with Outreach Homes I have been able to do some excellent collaborative work. This work has enabled the young person I have worked with to access the best possible support. This has been exhibited thrpugh excellent communication, attendance and engagement in professional meetings and providing updates where necessary.

Additionally I have received positive feedback from my young person regarding his placement. They highlighted the supportive and empathic approach utilised by the staff and expressed that they feel the staff have their best interests. This is something I have also witnessed. My overall experience with Outreach Homes has been positive.

“So far, my experience with the Outreach Homes team has been a positive one, staff have always been clear with communication and also very supportive in terms helping me to liaise with my young person in the home, this has been consistent in the few months I have worked alongside them. I have had the chance to speak with a few staff members, all who are friendly, welcoming and have displayed competency needed to work with high risk young people. From my observation the staff also have built strong trusted relationships with these same young people.”

- Niall, Spark2Life

I have worked with Bianca Castello with one of our clients who can be challenging to engage with. Bianca has been very welcoming, professional and courteous in all her interactions with me and the young person in question. She has gone out of her way to make sure his needs are being met by various other agencies / services.

The young person has fed back to me that he is very happy with the level of support he is getting from Outreach homes despite all the challenges he has presented with.

I would recommend Outreach homes and would like to thank Bianca for her input thus far as it is making a difference to the young person.
